Client sign-off without screenshots: password-protected staging
Push a change to the staging copy of a site, put a password on it, and send the client one link. They review the real site in their own browser instead of squinting at screenshots in a deck. Once they approve, you promote it to production. Staging is included from the Studio plan up.
A real domain and SSL per client
Point the client's domain at VibeDeploy with a CNAME and add it in the site settings. SSL certificates are issued and renewed automatically, usually within a minute, so no client ever sees a certificate warning. Each site also keeps a free platform subdomain, which is handy as a preview or fallback URL.
Contact forms that just work, no backend
Static sites on VibeDeploy still get working contact forms. The built-in forms relay delivers submissions straight to the inbox you choose, with no backend to host or maintain for each client. That covers the number one thing a client site actually needs to do: get enquiries to the client.

When it stops being just you, invite teammates with per-role access. On the Business plan you can also require deploy approvals, so nothing hits a client's production site without sign-off, while the audit log records who deployed what and when, and IP allowlisting locks dashboard access down. Every paid plan includes a DPA for clients who ask about GDPR; the Business page has the full feature set.

Plans are flat and follow the roster: Maker for your first few sites, Studio for a working client roster with staging, Business for a big portfolio with team controls. Can I bill the hosting to my client?expand_more
Yes. The subscription is yours, and you invoice the client however you like: pass the cost through, mark it up as managed hosting, or fold it into a monthly care plan. VibeDeploy bills you, and the client relationship stays yours.
Can my client get access to their site?expand_more
That is up to you. Invite them to your team with a role if they want to follow deploys, or keep the site fully agency-managed and just send a password-protected staging link when there is something to review. Both are normal ways to run it.
How do I offboard a client?expand_more
Cleanly: transfer the domain to their next provider, export the site files, and delete the site from your dashboard. Nothing is locked in. The site is static files plus a domain, and both leave with the client.
Who should own the client's domain?expand_more
The client, in almost every case. Register it in their name so it stays theirs if you ever part ways, and point it at VibeDeploy for the hosting. That avoids the classic dispute where an agency holds a business's domain hostage.
