Check the dashboard: if the site shows status active and you connected your own domain, make sure the two records from Web Addresses (the address record and the TXT check record) still exist at your domain provider. Platform subdomains are served with HTTPS automatically. If the dashboard shows an error status, contact support with the site name.

In Claude, add VibeDeploy as a custom connector (Customize > Connectors > Add custom connector) with the URL https://mcp.vibedeploy.be/mcp and sign in with your VibeDeploy account when asked; Claude can then deploy and manage your sites. In ChatGPT, add VibeDeploy as a custom MCP server (Plugins, +, Add custom MCP server) if your plan allows it; publishing needs write access, which OpenAI's help center lists for Business, Enterprise and Edu. Otherwise paste the deploy guide from your dashboard into the chat. Setup steps for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code and other clients are on vibedeploy.be/mcp. To disconnect an assistant, remove the connector in its settings.

Open Web Addresses in your dashboard (or the Your own domain card on your site's Overview tab), enter your domain and pick the site it should show. We then show the two records to add at the company where you bought the domain: an address record that sends visitors to your site and a TXT record that proves the domain is yours. Type the Host exactly as shown; most providers add your domain to it automatically. We check automatically and email you as soon as the domain is live, and HTTPS is set up for you. Connecting a domain you already own is included in every plan, the free trial too.

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial, no card required. Paid plans are billed through Mollie; invoices are available in the dashboard under Billing.

Deleted sites stay recoverable for your plan's restore window (3 days on the trial, Solo and Maker, 7 on Studio, 30 on Business), then they are permanently purged. Contact support as soon as possible with the site name if you deleted something by accident.
