No. Netlify Edge Functions are a Netlify-specific runtime. If your site depends on them, stay on Netlify. If you only use them for tiny utilities like form handlers, those can move to a separate API and the static site moves to VibeDeploy.

There is no visitor number, because the free plan meters credits rather than transfer alone. At 20 credits per GB of bandwidth, a 300-credit month buys on the order of 15 GB if you spend nothing else, but each production deploy costs 15 credits and web requests and compute draw from the same pool. Page weight and deploy frequency together decide the ceiling.
Does Netlify offer a GDPR DPA?expand_more
Yes. Netlify's DPA is incorporated by reference into its terms, so it covers you on any plan. The difference is not whether a DPA exists but who signs it: Netlify is a US processor serving from a global network, while VibeDeploy is a Belgian processor serving only from Belgium, with a GDPR DPA on every paid plan and flat pricing from 4 euro per month.
